Welcome to GiGi. These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of GiGi products. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

GiGi is an energy drink sold and shipped within India. You can reach us at info@gigienergy.com.

Products and consumption guidance

GiGi is a caffeinated beverage. Each 250 ml can contains caffeine roughly equal to one large cup of coffee. It is not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, or persons sensitive to caffeine. Consume in moderation. Product information on this site is provided for general guidance; always check the label on the can.

Orders and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or payment cannot be verified; in that case you receive a full refund. Payments are processed by our payment partners and we do not store your card or UPI credentials.

Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver within India. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, refunds, and replacements

GiGi is a beverage, so we cannot accept returns of opened or used product. If something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right.

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, past its best-before date, or with the wrong or missing items, email us at info@gigienergy.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected items, your choice.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount typically appears within 5 to 7 business days.

GiGi Club subscriptions

GiGi Club is a recurring delivery plan. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the frequency you select until you pause or cancel. You can pause or cancel at any time from your account; changes take effect from the next billing cycle, and cancelling stops all future billing. Cases that have already been billed and dispatched are not refundable, but they are covered by the same damage and error protections as any other order. Prices and plan contents may change with prior notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can fulfil your orders.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the GiGi name, logo, designs, images, and copy, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
