How much caffeine is in a can of GiGi?
Each 250 ml can has 75mg of caffeine, equal to 1.5 shots of espresso or roughly one large cup of coffee.
Does GiGi contain sugar?
Nope! GiGi has zero sugar.
What flavours does GiGi come in?
GiGi currently comes in Lemon Lime and Pineapple Coconut. We have many flavours coming soon. Keep an eye out on our socials for updates!
What vitamins does GiGi contain?
Every can contains B vitamins, including niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, biotin, and B12, plus vitamin C.
Where is GiGi available?
Launched in Bangalore in 2026, GiGi is now available across India through our website, or in the majority of Tech Parks around Bangalore. If you don't see it at yours, give your manager our contact info and ask them to stock us!
Is GiGi suitable for daily consumption?
GiGi is a caffeinated drink for healthy adults. The exact quantity you should consume depends on your sensitivity, so sip slowly, observe how you feel, and assess the right amount for you! (If you are pregnant, give birth before you drink GiGi. If you are a child, come back when you're older. We love you both!)
Can I pause or skip my subscription?
Yes. You can pause or skip before your next billing cycle through manual GiGi support. Tell us before the cycle is packed so your cans do not move.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Message GiGi before your next billing cycle and we will cancel the plan. Cancelling ends any Founding price lock, so restarting later uses the current plan price.
Can I resize my plan?
Yes. Move up, move down, or change your mix before the next cycle. Moving above your approved AutoPay amount may need a fresh mandate approval.
How does subscription billing work?
1 to 6 cases bill every week through Razorpay AutoPay or e-mandate. Delivery is weekly, Monday-Saturday only. No Sunday delivery. 7 or more cases are quoted and billed by GST invoice plus payment link, UPI, or NEFT.
What are AFA and AutoPay mandates?
AFA is the approval step for setting up the recurring payment. AutoPay or e-mandate lets approved future charges run after the required pre-debit notice.
What happens if a payment fails?
Razorpay can retry failed payments, and we will manually nudge you to fix the issue. Delivery may pause if the payment stays overdue.
What are the Founding lock terms?
Founding Members lock Rs. 99 per can while the plan stays active. Founding Offices keep launch pricing while active and paid up. Cancelling, long pauses, or overdue invoices can end the lock.
