Where is GiGi Club available?
Pan India! But note that our warehouse is in Bangalore, so delivery times and prices may vary.
Can I choose the flavour mix?
Yes! You can choose the balance by half a case (12 cans) amongst the flavours offerred. You can also change the mix before your next payment via the form above or on Whatsapp. Once payment is done, flavour mix is locked in for that delivery.
How does pricing work?
Pricing follows the case ladder. 1 to 2 cases are ₹99 per can, then it steps down from ₹95 at 3 cases all the way to ₹88 for the biggest plans. The Founding rate is locked while your plan stays active. Pricing is subject to change but you will get notice if this happens so you can update your subscription accordingly.
Is delivery included?
No! You can either arrange self-pickup, or by default we will send the Gigis your way for you to pay the driver on arrival. We are working hard to reduce the shipping costs, so we may pass the costs to you if the driver requires payment ahead of time.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes! Message us before the next cycle to skip a week or pause. Long pauses can affect the Founding price lock if the plan lapses.
Can I resize my plan?
Yes! Move up or down the case ladder as your needs change. Moving up may need a fresh AutoPay mandate because the approved amount changes.
How does billing work?
One to six cases auto debits via UPI AutoPay or e mandate. Seven cases and up is billed with a GST invoice and a payment link, not a recurring hosted plan.
