Sales Executive

Full-time · 5 days/week Bangalore (In-office + Offsite) 1–2 years experience in FMCG sales (food or beverages)
Objective: Get Gigi into the hands of as many customers as possible.

About this Role

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives on the road. You’ll be the face of Gigi in Bangalore — walking into cafes, hotels, gyms, restaurants, and retail stores to build our offline presence. If you love the hustle, the chase, and the thrill of closing a deal, this is your role.

What You’ll Do Every Day

    Develop and grow Gigi’s offline footprint through HoReCa and modern trade channels
  2. 2
    Identify, pitch and onboard new retail and hospitality partners across Bangalore
  3. 3
    Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts – reorders, shelf space, visibility
  4. 4
    Conduct daily market visits with structured call routes and reporting
  5. 5
    Negotiate deals and close distribution agreements with store managers and buyers
  6. 6
    Track sales performance by outlet and report weekly against targets
  7. 7
    Coordinate with the ops team to ensure smooth delivery and stock management
  8. 8
    Spot market trends, competitor activity and new channel opportunities

Requirements

  • Must be based in Bangalore – non-negotiable
  • Must have worked in FMCG (food or beverages) sales in the past 12 months – this is non-negotiable
  • 1–2 years of proven field sales experience
  • Strong understanding of HoReCa and/or modern trade channels
  • Target-driven with a hustle mindset – you don’t wait for leads, you find them
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Own vehicle preferred (travel reimbursement provided)
  • Fluent in English and Kannada/Hindi
