Marketing Manager

About this Role
As Marketing Manager at Gigi, you won’t be a cog in a big machine — you’ll be the engine. Working directly from the Founder’s Office, you’ll help shape and execute our marketing strategy across digital, experiential and brand partnerships. This role is for someone who can think big and execute fast — a rare combination we genuinely value.
What You’ll Do Every Day
- 1Support the development and execution of Gigi’s overall marketing strategy
- 2Lead national marketing projects from brief to launch – owning timelines, budgets and outcomes
- 3Manage campaign execution end-to-end: briefing creatives, coordinating media, tracking results
- 4Oversee our social media and content strategy in collaboration with the media team
- 5Build and manage creator and influencer partnerships at scale
- 6Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with distribution goals
- 7Identify and execute brand partnerships, sponsorships and experiential opportunities
- 8Analyse campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting to leadership
- 9Manage agency and vendor relationships where needed
Requirements
- Must be based in Bangalore – non-negotiable
- Must have worked in FMCG marketing in the past 12 months – preferably a DTC brand – this is non-negotiable
- 2-3 years of marketing experience with proven campaign ownership
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand building
- Experience managing creators/influencers and content production
- Analytical mindset – you make decisions based on data, not gut alone
- Exceptional project management skills – you keep multiple plates spinning without dropping any
- A deep love for the product and the consumer – you want to build something people genuinely love
- Must have studied a marketing-related field (Marketing, Communications, Media, Business) or completed a marketing-related bootcamp/course
