Regional Head of Sales
As our Regional Head of Sales, you’ll own Gigi’s sales and distribution strategy for the region, with a focus on Bangalore during launch. You’ll be responsible for building an elite network of distributors, HORECA accounts, general trade, and modern retail channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead all Sales & Distribution efforts in Bangalore, both online and offline
- Own relationships with distributors, MT, GT, HORECA, and quick commerce platforms
- Drive retail execution, including planograms, stocking levels, sell-out rates, and activation
- Hire and mentor junior sales reps as Gigi scales
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns, events, and sampling activations
- Forecast sales, analyze performance, and report directly to founders
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years experience in FMCG Sales
- 1+ year experience in Beverage Sales (MUST)
- Experience in MT and HoReCa is mandatory
- Bonus: Experience in GT
- Highly ambitious, hands-on, results-driven
- Strong knowledge of Karnataka market
