Regional Head of Sales

Full-Time, 6 days a week Bangalore (In-Field + Office)

As our Regional Head of Sales, you’ll own Gigi’s sales and distribution strategy for the region, with a focus on Bangalore during launch. You’ll be responsible for building an elite network of distributors, HORECA accounts, general trade, and modern retail channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Sales & Distribution efforts in Bangalore, both online and offline
  • Own relationships with distributors, MT, GT, HORECA, and quick commerce platforms
  • Drive retail execution, including planograms, stocking levels, sell-out rates, and activation
  • Hire and mentor junior sales reps as Gigi scales
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns, events, and sampling activations
  • Forecast sales, analyze performance, and report directly to founders

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years experience in FMCG Sales
  • 1+ year experience in Beverage Sales (MUST)
  • Experience in MT and HoReCa is mandatory
  • Bonus: Experience in GT
  • Highly ambitious, hands-on, results-driven
  • Strong knowledge of Karnataka market
